Once you are under contract, you will send the contract to your loan specialist, from there inspections will begin. Your agent will negotiate any items you request to be fixed.
Once we are through the inspection negotiations, your loan officer will order an appraisal.
Start planning early! Pack a "first night" box with essential items you'll need on the first night in your new home. Be sure to change your address and set up utilities about a week before you close.
After you hear "cleared to close" we will head to the closing table. The title company will send a statement with the amount you have to bring with you.
